For those of you who are new to SEO (search engine optimization) you may be wondering what a backlink is and why they are important. Free backlinks have become so important to getting your website in the first page of a search engine that they have become some of the main building blocks to a good SEO strategy.
Backlinks are links that are directed towards your website, they are also know as inbound links. Such websites are referred to as link farms and are now disregarded by search engines and may even be banned entirely.

Hey James,
It is about quality and not quantity, which I always try to stress to people. I have been using FTS for a year or so and have noticed pretty good results. I always spin my articles/post and also the titles, with my keywords in them.
Another thing people don’t always understand is that you want highly relevent backlinks with various anchored text. I use a variety of methods in order to obtain high rankings on Google.
